All retail orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be shipped on the same day, excluding public holidays. Standard shipping and free delivery are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. While we expect your delivery will be with you at the earliest estimate, sometimes delays may occur due to events out of our control. We will do everything we can to chase those up with the postage provider once the expected delivery window has expired.  

UK wholesale orders placed anytime between Monday - Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be collected by DPD Local the following day and delivered within 1-2 days. Orders placed on a Friday will be collected the following Monday and are expected to reach you by Tuesday. 

International wholesale & retail orders are shipped by different couriers depending on location, we will provide you with tracking details once the service has been booked. We will always check the laws regarding tobacco products before shipping our goods internationally and if nicotine containing products are not permitted we will contact you to arrange a full refund. We complete all customs declarations before goods leave us, however sometimes there may be a delay to the delivery if the receiving country requires any additional information about the parcel contents.
